Refund policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new artwork by Gabriela Tolomei. With over 15 years of experience shipping my artwork worldwide without a single return or refund requested, I am confident in the quality and care put into every piece. If, however, for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy, giving you one week from the day you receive your painting or high-quality print on canvas to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means it should be undamaged, free from any marks or alterations, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at gabriela@gabrielatolomei.com within the 7-day window. We will then provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all returns must be shipped to Punta del Este, Uruguay, to a specific address that will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork. However, please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong artwork, please contact us at gabriela@gabrielatolomei.com right away. We'll assess the issue and work to make it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items

While we strive for your satisfaction, certain items are non-returnable. This includes custom or personalized artworks that were created specifically for you. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items.

European Union Customers

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
